Orthopaedic Rehabilitation

It is our aim at Fearn Fitness Small Group and Personal Training to rehabilitate the client post trauma, enabling and supporting individuals to recover or adjust, to achieve their full potential and to live as full and active life as possible.

Rehab should start as soon as possible to speed recovery, to improve your mobility and activity levels for daily function, shorten the amount of time you need to be off work and greatly improve the quality of your life. After the evaluation, we will develop a training plan based on your specific needs, we will then go through an orthopaedic rehabilitation program with you with a view to returning to your best self.
